Taylor Munro

M.Ed. Elementary Education
B.S. Elementary Education

Taylor is one of PEAK Academy’s proud co-owners and founders. She has taught grades kindergarten through seven, has public and private school teaching experience, and even
taught and coached at a military boarding school! She left the classroom to work as an Instructional Coach, helping teachers refine their reading and writing craft, but after two
short years, returned to working with children, her true passion!

Lacey Fickes

B.S. Human Development & Family Studies
Minor in American Sign Language

Lacey is one of PEAK Academy’s proud co-owners and founders. Her teaching story started a little late and somewhat unconventionally; she began her career as a Sign Language Interpreter for Lubbock ISD, where she interpreted for deaf and hard-of-hearing students in grades K-12. She was assigned to interpret in a kindergarten class, and her life changed forever. It was during that year that she felt called to change her plans and pursue teaching!

Mollie Boulware

B.A. Drama
Minor in Education

Mollie has been in Texas since 2011, and it was at that time that she switched careers and transitioned into teaching. She taught elementary special education for six years before becoming a theatre director at the junior high level for the next four years. She created the All In Theatre Collective, a theatre program for students of all abilities, and we are thrilled to have her passion and expertise at PEAK!

Stacey Holmberg

B.S. Interdisciplinary Studies

In May of 2024, Stacey will be retiring after 32 years as a public school educator. She began as a 2nd grade teacher and helped pilot a multiage program at her school and has extensive experience teaching multi-age learning groups. Stacey was an ESL Teacher, where she worked with grades K-5. She knew she wanted to be a teacher from a very young age, and we are so excited for her to join us as our fourth teacher in the fall of 2024!
